Hiring Charges For Video Conferencing Equipment
- Charges for 128 kbps equipment per day is Rs.5,000/- (per location)
- Charges for 384 kbps equipment per day is Rs.7,500/- (per location)
- Charges for Multiconferencing equipment per day is Rs. 25,000/- (per location)
- * The video conferencing equipment with pan tilt and zoom camera will be supplied.
- * One person will give you technical assistance.
- * Travelling and accommodation expense for the technical person has to be paid by the client
- * Tax as Applicable in extra

Requirements at your end for 128/384kbps (ISDN) equipment
- One ISDN line with STD facility. (ISD facility is needed to connect abroad)
- One/Three NT Box
- One 20"/25" above Color TV with AV Out or LCD Projector
Requirements at your end for 512kbps-2 mbps in IP equipment
- Lease Line or ADSL .
- Cisco Router (or) Compaitble Router.
- Ethernet Switch .
- One 25" above color TV or LCD Projector.

Bridging Services - Port Basis
- Charges for one port at 256kbps in IP / Rs.2000/- Per hour
- Charges for one port at 256kbps in ISDN / Rs.2000/- Per hour (incoming)
- Charges for one port at 256kbps in ISDN / Rs.2000/- Per hour + Dialing Charges (Outgoing)
Bridging Services - Conference Basis
- Charges for One conference at 256kbps 3 Locations in IP / Rs.4500/- Per hour
- Chages for One conference at 256kbps 3 locations in ISDN /Rs.4500/- Per hour (incoming)
- Charges for per conference at 256kbps 3 location in ISDN / Rs.4500/- Per hour + Dialing Charges (Outgoing)
Web Streaming Services
- Charges for One conference / Rs.6000/- Per hour (Multicast)
- Charges for One conference / Rs.8000/- Per hour (Unicast)
