Hiring Charges For Video Conferencing Equipment:
Charges for 128 kbps equipment per day is Rs.10,000/- (per location)
Charges for 384 kbps equipment per day is Rs.15, 000/- (per location)
Charges for Multiconferencing equipment per day is Rs. 20,000/- (per location)
The video conferencing equipment with pan tilt and zoom camera will be supplied.
One person will give you technical assistance.
Travelling and accommodation expense for the technical person has to be paid by the client.

Requirements at your end for 128kbps (ISDN) equipment:
One ISDN line with STD facility. (ISD facility is needed to connect abroad)
One NT Box
One 20 " or above Color TV with AV Out or LCD Projector

Requirements at your end for 384kbps(ISDN) equipment:
Three ISDN lines with STD facility. (ISD facility is needed to connect abroad)
Three NT boxes
One 25 " above Color TV with AV Out or LCD projector

Requirements at your end for 512kbps to 2 mbps in IP equipment:
Lease Line or ADSL .
Cisco Router (or) Compaitble Router.
Ethernet Switch .
One 25" above color TV or LCD Projector.

Chages for Per port at 256kbps in IP per hour is Rs.2000/-
Chages for Per port at 256kbps in ISDN per hour is Rs.2000/-(incoming)
Chages for per port at 256kbps in ISDN per hour is Rs.2000/- + Dialing Chages

Bridging Services - Conference Basis

Chages for Per conference at 256kbps 3 Locations in IP per hour is Rs.4500/-
Chages for Per conference at 256kbps 3 locations in ISDN per hour is Rs.4500/-(incoming)
Chages for per conference at 256kbps 3 location in ISDN per hour is Rs.4500/- + Dialing Chage

Chages for Per conference per hour is Rs. 6000/- (Public Network)
